- Case study covering the development of an evaluation strategy and approaches to performing an evaluation
- Contracting – the business elements to considering when contracting with IT vendors
- Management – considerations around the on-going management of vendors

Travel will be subject to client location but indicatively these will be as follows:

Wairarapa / Wellington $100 – $200
Note that services under this Agreement only cover the above Programme Fee, and any additional costs such as accommodation or other disbursements will be the responsibility of the Valid Voucher Holder.

Content Description
A Quality management system links in all parts of the business and creates structure with Document control, Compliance management and training programs for a robust base that allows information data that delivers KPIs that can be used in strategic planning and cover many of the indirect costings and process control measures .
- Analysis – What’s there now? What’s needed (What client wants and what is regulatory or expected)
- Needs analysis – Individual business and compliance needs
- Basic structure – What have we got? Keep it simply
- Process flows – What do we really do and how we can improve
- Wastage (time/ space /people / resources) flows
- Measures – Not just accounting needs
- Root cause analysis and problem solving.
- KPI measures – Indicators that matter and make a difference
- Planning and Project Management (project scoping/planning; Gantt charts; PDCA – Plan, Do Check, Act;
- Creating and implementing change
- Making compliance work for us
Duration (sessions/hours)
10 – 40 hours depending on organisational size, complexity and client need. Also do individual section training sessions
Training to suit all levels – management through to the factory floor.
1 Day In-house Coaching (can include system, training staff, developing KPI’s etc). Training is traditionally spread over 2-6 weeks with the expectation that participants will complete set tasks between sessions).

$1500 to $4500 plus gst
1 Day In-house training $750 +GST + Expenses
