Grow Training has put together a morning workshop will provide you with the right tools to make those sales and succeed in business. This is a 4 hour workshop plus a 1 hour one-on-one follow-up session to personalise and implement the tools in your business. The workshop is presented by an experienced sales presenter.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to discover your prospect’s needs
- How to ask the right questions – the right way
- How to read customers
- How to put together a sales proposal that gets you business
- How to love sales!
The follow-up coaching ensures that you can make the sales tools work in your business.

$775 + GST + travel
Travel will be subject to client location but indicatively these will be as follows:
Tairawhiti $100 – $350 max
Hawke’s Bay $50 – $100 max
Manawatu / Whanganui / Horowhenua $100 – $200
Wairarapa / Wellington $100 – $200
Note that services under this Agreement only cover the above Programme Fee, and any additional costs such as accommodation or other disbursements will be the responsibility of the Valid Voucher Holder.

Grow Training has put together a morning workshop that will provide you with the right tools to start building your database and how to use it most effectively. This is a 4 hour workshop packed with practical examples and the do’s and don’ts. The 1 hour one-on-one follow-up session is designed to personalise and implement the tools in your business. The workshop is presented by an experienced workshop presenter.

- Writing tips for online marketing

Sales Development Programme

One to One coaching
Content Description
This programme delivers a systematic sales process that has been proven to increase sales for frontline salespeople and business owners.
The programme covers the five key areas of professional selling:
- Goal setting and Planning
- Time Management
- Prospecting for business growth
- Presentations
- Sales Planning
This programme can be run over either 4 x 4 hour workshops run over 4 days or 4 weeks, or 8 x 2 hour workshops.
Prior to commencement the training each participant will complete a training outcomes form to establish key areas to be focused on and specific outcomes to be achieved during the course of the programme.
At the commencement of the programme each participant develops a personal sales goal to be achieved by the completion of the programme with a measurable outcome for them which gives a return on investment for the training costs.
All the tools contained within the programme will be customised to the individual’s personal style whether it is phone guides for making appointments or the key questions they ask in their presentations to highlight the key benefits that will influence the buying decision. The tools are also customized to the particular product or service that the participating company sells.
Programme participants are given assignments on completion of the course which need to be achieved within three months. These assignments reinforce the key skills and techniques which have been gained through the programme. These assignments are reviewed after that 3 month period with the participant and his/her Manager.
A mentoring pack is supplied to the Sales Manager/Business Owner on completion of the programme to ensure ongoing personal development of the individual participants.
